Delivered
We deliver on our own vehicles, so heavy and awkward loads are handled by people who do it every day. The charge depends on how far you are from our yard and how large the load is.
Collection
Choose collection at checkout and your order is put together ready to pick up. Collection orders are paid for online, which is what reserves the stock against your name.

Larger and heavier loads travel by truck rather than van, which is why some orders have a higher free-delivery threshold. The checkout works out which applies to your order and shows the charge before you pay.
