If something is wrong with your order, or you need to cancel, start by talking to us — most things are quickest to sort out directly.
Starting a return
Contact us with your order number and tell us what you would like to return and why. The quickest way is to call 01293 871141.
Cancelling a delivery
Deliveries are loaded and scheduled ahead of the day, so the sooner you tell us the more easily it can be stopped. Get in touch as soon as you know.
Your rights in full
Cancellation periods, who pays for collection, refunds, and which goods are excluded because they are cut or made to order are all set out in our terms and conditions. Those terms are the agreement between us, so they are the place to check rather than a summary.
